The APRO highlights the glass component of a partition and minimizes the aluminum frames to create a very lightweight and contemporary appearance.

A beautifully beveled door frame integrates seamlessly with adjacent glass panels.APRO answers all the design and technical criteria required of an office compartment.

SYSTEM FEATURES

- The overall partition thickness is 30mm

-Tolerance +/- 3mm or 5mm overall

- Glass panels in 10 or 12mm thickness can be used. (laminated glass/ tempered glass are optional).

The all-glass wall is characterized by incredible lightness, which provides maximum light incidence and natural opening in the room.

APRO consists of 1 layer of high-wall glass panels decorated with elongated aluminum profiles on adjacent building components.

1. The partition thickness is 105mm, and the built-in galvanized steel keel is reinforced.

2. Double layer 5mm tempered glass, built-in 25mm manual blinds.

3. Explosion-proof design of double layered glass.

4. The sound insulation coefficient is not less than 40db.5.The impact resistance performance is not less than 500nm.

CURVED OPTIONS

A minimum radius of 100omm provides freedom to designers/specifiers in creating fluid or pod-like aesthetics in the same visual language as the partition.

A-105 SERIES GLASS PARTITION WALL

Using 2-layer glass walls and narrow aluminum craftsmanship, you can achieve bright

and airy room divisions without having to compromise on sound and fire protection requirements. The walls of APRO are made of flat glass, which is especially suitable for offices, atriums, meeting rooms, especially schools and institutional buildings that require high sound. The large distance between the double glass layer and the glass provides up to 47 decibels of noise reduction.

1. The wall thickness is 105mm, the longitudinal outer cover width is 35mm, the upper and lower groove height is 35mm, and the outside plane width of the door frame is 20mm.

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

1. Aluminum profile: grade 6063-T5; thickness 1.2mm-2.0mm; surface treatment: anodizing (thickness ≥210um), electrophoretic

coating (thickness 217um) electrostatic powder spraying (the thickness of the coating does not exceed the range of 40um-120um)

2. Steel core: the material is hot-dip galvanized steel plate, thickness 1.0mm,thickness of the galvanized layer is ≥14um

3. Built-in galvanized steel keel, double-layer bead design, inner bead connection screw to fix the glass, Ensure the stability of the glass, greatly enhance the stability and safety of the wall.

4. The site tolerance: the height and width +- ≤ 10mm.

MAINTENANCE

1. Brushes and other hard objects should NOT be used as cleaning tools. soft cotton yarn and cotton cloth should be selected.

2. Water, detergent and soap can be used for cleaning, but other organic substances cannot be used.
