Because I just love their windows & doors. Have had our previous ones for 25 years!
The negative - it was not ready when scheduled and then there were pieces missing when they did come for the install so that was frustrating. All the people we dealt with along the way were THE BEST and when the job was finally done, it's great so would do it all over again with Pella rather than go with anyone else.

Quality of the glass, especially soundproofing and sun protection.
We have been impressed by the degree of soundproofing provided by our windows as well as the beauty of the 8 custom windows we purchased for the west sided our house.
